Your New Position
As a Claims Helpdesk Specialist, you’ll be the frontline hero, expertly handling inbound customer inquiries through email and telephone with professionalism and poise.
- Mastering our products and policies to keep customers informed of the latest updates.
- Escalating complex issues to management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurate data entry and information research to support customer claims.
- Efficiently managing claim forms, answering status questions, and resolving policy inquiries.
- Championing the claims process by initiating and fulfilling customer requests.
- Supporting your team by stepping in to assist with service issues as needed.
